Cobalt with 27 protons and 32 neutrons in their nuclei. To view the electrons there are 27 of them, but not in the nucleus.

Google can be your friend.

Cobalt has 27 protons and 32 neutrons. The number of electrons of a particular element in its neutral form is equal to the number of protons.
